This new technology from Nike has really made my life at work easier. The Nike Running Trainer features a number of sensors that track your movements and your heart rate. Fuel bands are actually the wearable equivalent of a Bluetooth GPS tracker. You plug your Fuelband into a USB port and it sends your heart rate and speed data to the website, where you can monitor your progress. If you don’t care about the fitness aspect your only problem is the annoying battery.

The Nike Fuelband is a cool invention, but it might be a little too cool to be so useful. It has to be used for good, and is most likely to be used as a gimmick. The Nike Fuelband doesn’t send any information back to the device, so it doesn’t actually have a way to track your progress, just measure your pulse. If you want to track your progress you will need to wear a fitness watch.

If youre sleeping like a baby, Fitbit can pinpoint your exact position. This is important because Sleep Number is a very good indicator of what type of sleep you require.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
